BMBR is a full-service meeting facility.  We have 5 guest cabins that are individually, uniquely and fully furnished with all the necessities of life such as full kitchens, baths, linens, heating/air, each with historical touches.  Every cabin offers breathtaking views of the river as well as “sleeping porches” with deluxe chairs, gas grills and hot tubs where you can end your day of exploring the river, fly fishing, or hiking to an exotic waterfall, with relaxation and peacefulness.

 

Firefly Cottage

This cabin has some of the most unique and individual touches, starting with the front door all the way to the private courtyard that overlooks the river.  This cabin has two comfortable king size beds with a futon in the living room, plus a gaming area and full size kitchen, dining room and bathroom.  Along with all spacious touches inside the cabin, the cabin has a “fisherman’s dream” private courtyard.  The seven person hot tub is directly on the river, and is perfectly spaced to the commercial gas grill and chimenea.  Each bedroom also has its own private porch.  This cabin is $225.00 per night.

12 Gates Cottage

This cabin is a BMBR favorite.  With a glassed in front sunroom and the double stoned fireplace and a extra large sleeping porch with a chair swing overlooking the river, it will take you no time before you will see why this is the most stayed in cabin at the resort.  This cabin is a two bedroom cabin with a futon, and a bath and a half.  It also has a full kitchen, private courtyard and a seven person hot tub.  This cabin is $225.00 per night.

Lost Cove Cottage

This cabin is a perfect cabin for fishermen.  It is a simple, three bedroom cabin that has the perfect kitchen for cleaning fish.  This cabin has a large relaxing front porch along with a screened in back porch with a commercial gas grill.  This cabin also includes a full kitchen and bath.  This cabin is $175.00 per night

The Hiding Place

This quaint little cabin might look small from the outside, but don’t let it fool you, it is very spacious inside.  With three double beds, plus a futon, a full size kitchen and living room, full bathroom, two private porches, gas grill, a private courtyard with hot tub and another outside deck, this cabin serves as a favorite for a larger groups or a big family.  This cabin is $225.00 per night.

Rocky Comfort

This is our newest renovated cabin at BMBR.  Rocky Comfort is located at the highest point of the resort, giving it the most romantic and gorgeous views of the gorge.  This honeymoon suite, is a two story, one bedroom deluxe cabin.  It includes a breakfast nook, reading room, commercial gas grill, antique furniture, bathroom and half bath, and full kitchen.  If romanticism and relaxation is what you are looking for  Rocky Comfort is  what you need.  This cabin is $200.00 per night.

Terms and Conditions

• When we reserve a cabin for you, we actually take it off the market for the dates you reserve. Even though we may have subsequent requests from others for the same cabin on these dates, we save it just for you - even if it means turning away other customers!
  

• A reservation is an agreement between you and us. We agree to hold the cabin available for your use for a period of time you specify and you agree to pay a specified amount for the right to occupy this cabin for that period of time.
  

• We cannot control, nor guarantee the weather. You are responsible for the entire length of stay you reserved. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures.
  

• We have a firm reservation and cancellation policy to ensure that we can continue to provide this service commitment to you.
  

• Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is noon. Early arrivals or late departures are subject to additional charges.
  

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• NO rain checks or deposit refunds will be issued for holidays or clubs.
  

• Either a rain check for the full deposit amount or a refund of 50% of the deposit will be given for cancellations received at least 14 days prior to check-in date.
  

• A rain check for 50% of the deposit amount will be issued for cancellations received 3 to 13 days days prior to check-in date.
  

• Rain checks are valid for 12 months.
  

• Note:   Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival date are NOT subject to refunds or rain checks
  

"No Shows" will be charged the full reservation amount.
